mixed experience at best
the staff was helpful giving directions.
The room i booked, a superior double room, was quite small. it really disrupted my sleep most mornings. This was a big problem

Fantastic stay near Vatican City
polite staff central location good facilities
I found the staff very polite and helpful when I asked for directions. The hotel location is central, with easy walking distance to main attractions. I appreciated the kettle and fridge in my room. I found good facilities were in the bathroom.
The breakfast had a limited selection.

The room included a very comfortable bed. The superior double room was spacious enough for two people. It felt safe and quiet, very important for a city stay.

The front desk offers service around the clock, convenient. A very pleasant man at the reception recommended a good restaurant. He also recommended the most delicious gelataria I could find.

The hotel offered breakfast every morning, a great convenience. The hotel has a rooftop garden. I could see San Pietro from there. The terrace also had aromatic flowers all around

The hotel is near the Vatican. It is only a short walk to the shuttle bus stop for the airport. I found it a very relaxed and quiet area to be in.

A Balanced Stay
city center convenient location excelent breakfast rooftop lounge bad wi-fi broken bed noise isolation
The location near the city center and various shops was convenient. I appreciated the excellent breakfast selection that included fresh fruits, vegetables, and scrambled eggs. The rooftop lounge provided lovely views (i could see St Peter Basilica's dome).
The wi-fi connection was bad. Our ordered room was for four persons but the bed was broken. Those guests got a new room that did not have good noise isolation. (They could hear people talking).
